A narrow upper jaw has resulted in a right-side crossbite between the back teeth. There is also a lower jaw slide to the right, resulting in the upper and lower dental midlines being misaligned. The Quad helix appliance has removed both the crossbite and the lower jaw slide, and the midline is now aligned.
